Solipsist RPGs

A short but sweet review of Solipsist has been posted on The New Flesh. I like it.

Second Quarter sales figures are now in and they remain strong. I've been amazed with the game's sales success in such a short period. I hope some of you out there are playing and enjoying my work. You can see the figures in detail on Collective Endeavour

Sales for Solipsist continue to be strong in the wake of UK GamesExpo. Anyone interested can track down our sales figures on the Collective Endeavor website. I've not seen any Actual Plays posted from there yet, but I'll like to them if they turn up.

Not much news recently, but just to let you know that if you are interested in playing Solipsist you can catch a number of demos and full games at UK Games Expo 08

More downloads are now available on the downloads page including a GM control sheet to track limitation and obsession scenes, and a combo pack with the GM sheet, summary of play, and character sheet.

I've just discovered a poem by Sylvia Plath called Soliloquy of the Solipsist! Have a read, it certainly captures some of what it means to be a Solipsist character.

The second chapter of the Mermaid Towers game is now up in the Actual Play section.

Thanks to Martin Wagner for spotting the first error in Solipsist. On page 65 in the example of play The Major uses an obsession called 'Faith in the Kindness of Others'. This was renamed to 'I want people to work together', and appears in this way on the example character sheet on p57.

I've added a new tips section, for play advice, questions and the like. If you have any questions about playing Solipsist, please ask them there.

Conpulsion is over and it went brilliantly. I sold out all the copies of Solipsist I had to sell (including one to Vincent Baker), and ran a really fun session for a trio of people who'd seen it on sale, and who bought the last two copies when I was done.
