I must apologize for the constant spam, I am attempting to reduce it now. I'm hoping to avoid the need for a captcha

#9 : Thanks Martin

Thank you Martin! If you do have a go with a German version please do let me know how it goes, and I'll post a link to any discussions you start about it (well outside ORC)

#8 : Fantastic Game!!!

The reality of games just changed. *g*

Yesterday I got my copy of the game and read it the same evening. Great idea and I think I will have a lot of fun after change my reality a little bit to find some players... Unfortunately the reality change of bringing German people, especially my friends, to play a RPG in English is too much for me and so I have to translate the important parts of the game...

Greetings from Germany.

#7 : Re: Polish Comments

I'm also told there is a comment about how we'd be better off advertising to afghan guerillas ... which is actually a cool quote :D

#6 : Polish comments

I think the first post says they like the idea but not the green colour. Another post says the green colour fits. And I think the last few say that they think the game has a good idea but they're not at all convinced of the implementation. They also raise a question over whether the rules are good for 12 year olds. [I like to think that I could have run games using the rules when I was 12 (or at least have played with an older GM when I was 12) -- but obviously I am no longer 12. It's a good point -- we need to try running a game with kids and see if they grasp it or not.] Oh, they mention it seems too avant garde too? My attempts to translate Polish online are poor.

#3 : You are a genius !

The moment I read about your game I immediately bought the Pdf. file. Great Work !!!
As an old Master of "Mage" and a fan of Nobilis, I think your game has the potential to give us what the other games fall short: the possibility to change reality and explore new dimensions of the self in a quick and not-too-hard rule set.
I am looking forward to try my first game of Solipsist !

#2 : Thanks!

Thanks so much for the comments :) I will certainly let you know when the game is out and on any other updates.

Solipsist is very much in the vein of quite a few other story oriented games that have been released in the past few years. I would advise taking a look at the Indie Press Revolution (IPR), where you can buy lots of them, and Story Games forum (http://www.story-games.com/) where you can learn more about them.
